Recent Java Updates

Recent Java updates may cause issues with your portal not functioning properly. Once you have successfully updated your Java version, please be sure you have the SleepMed portal listed in your Compatibility View Settings. This list may need to be checked periodically.

COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS
Note-Administrator privileges may be required to proceed with the following steps
 
  • Go to the Sleepmed Portal
  • Click Tools or click on the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner, and you will see a drop-down list
  • Select Compatibility View Settings

                   


 
  • Begin typing "portal.watermarkmedical.com" in the field labeled Add this website: 
  • Once you see an option for portal.watermarkmedical.com appear, select it
  • Click Add then Close to close the window. Your browser window may automatically refresh itself.
