Pending Studies Queue

Once a study is uploaded it will go through many stages. You can utilize the Pending Studies queue to view reports that are in a Pending status. 

After uploading the study, the first stage will be Process Pending. While in this status, you will not be able to make any changes to the sleep study. The second stage will be Tech Edit Pending, in which you will be able to make changes.
 
  • Under Home Sleep Testing click on the Pending Studies Queue




 
  • Click the Search button (You will now see a list of all studies that are pending)
  • You will notice a list of patients come up- If you don’t see the patient you’re looking for, check the date range




 
  • If it has been longer than 30 minutes, and the record is not in Process Pending ​status, you can click the Green Plus Sign  on the patient name. The menu will allow you to complete the following: 

View Preliminary Report
Add, Edit, or View the Questionnaire
View Processing History
View Raw Data (read only)
View Report History
Modify Study Info (change patient name, DOB, gender, insurance, and interpretation required)
Cancel Study
View Night Start times
View Voided Studies
View Initialized Studies not Uploaded



*This is a way to see if the study uploaded properly. You can also make changes no longer than 30 minutes to an hour after the study has uploaded.
